As summer begins to turn into autumn, we can look forward to an exciting racing programme at Lingfield Park. With 22 fixtures still to go from September until the end of the year, it means there is lots of opportunity to visit this picturesque venue. Some of the upcoming highlights are listed below:
Discover Racing Day - 27 October
See behind the scenes of racing and hear from industry experts from a range
of roles. As its half term, we’ll also have face painters and a behind-the-scenes
tour to entertain all the family.
Racing and Beer Festival – 11 & 12 November
Two days of racing including the Listed ‘Churchill Stakes’ on Saturday. Our
Autumn Beer festival will also run during both days giving you the opportunity
to sample a range of locally brewed ales. There’ll be live music before and
after racing from a local band on each day, ensuring a great atmosphere.
National Hunt Racing - 8 & 22 November, 10 December
We see a return to Jump racing with three fixtures planned in November and
December. These popular events often showcase some talented novice
horses who are looking to gain experience.
Christmas at Lingfield Park - Saturday 10 & 17 December
There are nine race meetings throughout December as Christmas comes to
Lingfield Park but our two Saturday meetings in particular will be family friendly.
If we’re good, Santa might pay us a visit too!
Tickets are on sale now for all of these events priced from just £13.50. Don’t
forget that accompanied under 18’s are admitted free of charge.
Entertaining at Christmas
Both the Trackside Restaurant and our hospitality suites are the perfect place
for an afternoon Christmas party with work colleagues or friends. During
December, there’ll be a choice of locally sourced carved meats including a
festive option on offer in the Trackside and as it’s always a popular base at
this time of year - it’s important to book early.
Alternatively, for larger groups, a private hospitality suite can give you an
exclusive area from which to enjoy the afternoon. There’s a choice of options
and a range of packages to choose from all starting from just £75+VAT per
person.
Book early for Party Nights – 10% discount on offer!
Our Christmas party nights take place on selected Thursday, Friday and
Saturday evenings throughout December in the Pavilion Suite. Each evening
will start with a three-course meal with wine before our resident DJ takes over
to begin the festivities. Prices start from just £45 per person but book before
30th September and you’ll receive a 10% discount!
